With space increasingly important as a critical infrastructure, global efforts are needed to focus on sustainability for space and sustainability from space. This includes solutions that support long-term sustainability of space operations, as well as those that positively impact sustainability and climate goals here on earth. AWS and our partners invite startups whose solutions look to combine one or more elements of climate, sustainability, mobility, space situational awareness, national security, and defense to participate in a live 3-5 minute pitch competition.

Pitches will be assessed against the following criteria: Team, Innovation, Market, Business Plan, Impact

• The strength of the startup’s founding team as well as their team’s ability to deliver on an identified opportunity.
• The innovative and unique nature of the project.
• The current and projected market, as well as overall value the solution will bring to improving sustainability on earth from space and to encourage and build sustainable space.
• Industry practices now and for the future the startup’s business plan, Including vision of the startup to go to market and scale.
• Impact of the solution as applied to global climate and sustainability challenges.

The top three startups will be awarded AWS Credits and more.

Hear feedback from judges including technical and business experts from: Amazon’s Project Kuiper, AWS, Aerospace Industries Association, Privateer, Second Front Systems and more.
